How can I achieve a less heavy/masculine look?

Cosmetic Treatments QuestionsCategory: Lip AugmentationHow can I achieve a less heavy/masculine look?
A patient asked 4 years ago
Hi, I had lip fillers a couple years ago - it has been two years since my last appointment. I feel like my lips dont look the same (the top lip is becoming too much 3D-looking) and probably I experience some filler migration too. Therefore, I want to remove it. I am considering rhinoplasty, lip lift (when filler is gone) and chin implant to soften and improve my overall looks but not sure if thats a good direction of travel... Thank you for your advice!

Achieving Less Masculine Look

Hi and thank you for your question! If it has been 2 years since your last filler (assuming that it was a hyaluronic acid filler), it is unlikely that much of it is left by this time but of course it an examination and comparison of pictures taken now versus 2 years ago are still needed. As for treatments to create a less masculine look, I think you can do some chin filler as well as some filler in the temple and cheeks as well. Importantly, you seem to have a bulky masseter muscle and some jaw slimming with Botox injection to reduce the bulk of masseter muscle can also help a lot. I hope it helps and good luck!
