Activity Restrictions folloing Lip Injection

Hi and thank you for sharing your question! There is generally very little activity restrictions following lip augmentation and almost all patients would resume routine activity following filler injection in the lips. Nonetheless, avoiding strenuous activity within the next day or two is advisable to ensure there is no shift or unwanted exacerbation of swelling, etc. As a side note, use of tanning bed is generally discouraged as the UV rays are proven cause of skin cancer and they accelerate skin damaged and aging. If I want to give one advice to my patients on what to do to delay skin aging, it is to avoid and minimize exposure to UV - sun light and tanning beds. I hope it helps and good luck!
