Limit on Amount of Filler Injected into Lips
Hi and thank you for your question! Given the size of lips and anatomical constrains and to achieve aesthetically pleasing results, the amount of fillers injected into lips is often more limited compared with other areas. There is really no harm in pursuing a conservative approach when it comes to lip fillers, so if you are not fully satisfied with the results, it would be best to wait for 2 weeks following your injection for all the swellings (if any) to fully subside and go back to your physician for a follow up to determine if more filler is needed. I hope it helps and good luck!
