Is there any other way of removing some Voluma XC without using hyaluronidase?
A patient asked 6 years ago I am 6 weeks in and I love the results on the left side but my right side is a little fuller than my left. I also have a little lump on the top of the cheek bone that I am very unhappy about. what is the best advise for this situation. I don't want more filler injected to even out. Because even tho the results are great I am not as happy with the right cheek being a bit fuller.

Hi and thank you for your question! As far as I know, there is no reliable way to remove/reduce hyaluronic acid fillers such as Voluma, other than injection of hyaluronidase. The injection is a relatively safe and simple procedure, and when the newer, recombinant variant is used, there is no need for allergy test. I cannot really recommend any treatments other than hyaluronidase injection to address your concerns with over-filling.
