Lip filler? Please help!
A patient asked 4 years ago I have no upper lip. There is a tiny upper lip that I would like to look natural, I do not want giant lips because since I have never had big lips I am somewhat scared of what they would look like. I like how they look when I have overdrawn them when I do lipstick. I just want a normal proportional lip to my bottom lip, not anything big. I just want to wear lipstick and not have to make myself look like I have an upper lip. I have included pics of me with and without makeup and smiling

Hi and thank you for your question and pictures! You have beautiful lips but we certainly can do some filler treatment in your upper lip for a bit more balanced look. Working with lips, I always recommend going with small steps (not more than 1 cc at time) to ensure patient is satisfied with the results. Keep in mind that lips are highly prone to swelling after filler, so don't panic by the look in the first few days after the injections.
