Fillers for Asymmetrical Face
Hi and thank you for your question! Some degree of asymmetry is present in every face and it is part of our natural look and beauty and not necessarily a cause of concern. Based on your pictures, it seems that the asymmetry is very subtle in neutral expression and a bit more noticeable when smiling, which is also quite common. We can try to make some minor adjustments with fillers but you should keep in mind that making adjustments (and I don't even use the word "correction" since there is really not much here to "correct") for changes that occur or increase during facial expression with fillers is often trickier. You can try working with an experienced injector to see if you can achieve your desired effect, but my advice is to work in smaller steps and opt to use hyaluronic acid based fillers so that they cab be revised and removed easily in case you did not like the results. I hope it helps and good luck!
