I don't like the bump, I don't like the way it droops at the tip. Am a good candidate and what results to expect. It seems the price range is around $600 however, I had Botox yesterday and was told about $1,000 bc I would need 2 syringes (im of Juvederm). What would be a good option for me, if any, for a filler? What could I expect for the outcome? Also, I have a deviated septum and get nose bleeds and breathing issues. Could insurance potentially cover and could it improve my nose shape?

Am I a Candidate for Nonsurgical Nose Job?

Hi and thank you for your question! While an in-person consultation and exam is required to tell for sure, based on the pictures I think you stand to see some improvements with filler injection as part of non-surgical nose job. We can use fillers to add volume to the bridge and and straighten the nose profile, making the appearance of nose bump. While the options for the drooped tip with filler are more limited, sometimes we can still generate a bit of lift with filler and help with reducing the droop. As for the cost of the treatment, it depends on the amount and type of filler. I usually recommend Voluma for nose as it lasts longer and most of patients are happy with the results. I hope it helps and good luck!
