Options to redefine/lift my jaw line?
A patient asked 7 years ago I start to lose some volume around the mouth and the jaw line becomes irregular (pls see the pic). What would help me? My doc proposes Botox in muscles under the jaw to relax the “pulling effect” of those muscles. Then, if this doesn’t work, hyaluronic acid into the lines without volume. Any opinion on that? Thank you!!

Hi and thank you for your question! While you might see some improvements with Botox, I think you stand to see more improvements with fillers. For jawline and around the mouth we have several types of fillers available and you can discuss them with your physician to determine which one is best for you to start.
