I have been going to a popular nurse injector for Botox for 2+ years and have been very happy w/her work. She has started offering Euro Thread lifting and I am very interested. The price is $25 per thread. She does not use barbed threads, they are smooth/hair-like threads. I am wanting them in my lower face to soften nasolabial folds and tighten cheek area. I am worried about possible nerve damage and the possibility of seeing them under the skin, etc. Any advice would be appreciated.

PDO Thread in Lower Face
Hi and thank you for your question! You have a beautiful face! PDO threads (which come from a number of manufacturers/distributors with different names) are excellent choices for rejuvenation and lifting the skin in mid and lower face, although each patient is different and it is best determined in a consultation. The procedure itself is certainly more complicated that simple Botox injections and I highly recommend that you work with someone who is highly skilled and experienced in PDO thread lift for best results.
