I am East Asian and I am looking to increase the height of my nose bridge. Would you recommend a PDO thread lift or fillers? From what I understand, (1) a greater height can be achieved using PDO threads, (2) there is less chance of migration of the product, and (3) there is a reduced risk of blindness and necrosis. What are the downsides of a PDO thread lift (asides from the higher cost)? Can it still lead to blindness (I assume not as there is no substance entering the arteries)?

PDO Thread Lift for Nose Bridge
Hi and thank you for your question! While PDO Thread Lift can be a great procedure for specific indications, generally speaking fillers such as Voluma would be much better choice for reconstructing and raising the nose bridge. I hope it helps and good luck!
