I recently turned 40, and my neck seems to have gotten the memo and collapsed overnight. I am disinclined towards surgery; are there any non-surgical options, products, or exercises you could recommend? I'm a mother of one, former smoker, healthy eater. I've lost about 25 pounds over the past year and a half. Maybe this is just what 40 is and I should make the best of it, but I am not above trying to ameliorate the effects of 40-ness if I can.
Hi and thank you for your question! There are several non-surgical options that could help you. Examples include skin tightening treatments (e.g. Venus Freeze) to tighten the loose skin, Botox injection to relax platisma muscle and reduce vertical lines, filler injection to reduce horizontal lines to name a few. Please make sure to consult an experience cosmetic doctor for best results. I hope it helps and good luck!
