I am a male with moderate fat loss in the submalar / buccal area (prior buccal fat pad removal patient) and am contemplating dermal fillers. I have a very sensitive, critical eye and want to look as absolutely natural as possible. I know of expert injectors for both products. Which will appear the most natural? I know the differences of both (immediate vs. gradual etc), just unclear about how they appear.
Hi and thank you for your question! Achieving natural look is more dependent on the skill of your injector than the filler used and hence, I recommend that you start by consulting an experienced cosmetic doctor who can examine your face and discuss the best options. This being said, in your case I tend to recommend Voluma over Sculptra, because first, with Voluma what you see is pretty much what you get and there is no need to wait long time to see how the final results will look, and second, with Voluma if there are any issues or concerns with results, revisions and adjustments are fairly easy with enzyme injection. I hope it helps and good luck!
