Should I get Kybella or CoolSculpting?
A patient asked 7 years ago I am not overweight, but don't have a defined jawline due to extra skin and fat under the chin. What is the best option for me to tighten the skin and give me definition under my chin. I am a 27. :)

Hi and thank you for your question! The extra fat under the chin can be treated nonsurgically with Kybella, CoolSculpting or SculpSure. The best treatment approach for each patient can only be determined based on an individual consultation with examination of the face, but in general, Kybella might have an edge as it also provides some skin tightening effect which might be more pronounced compared with two other options. On the other hand, Kybella also requires a greater level of experience. Again, a detailed consultation with an experienced physician is highly recommended.
