What can be done for my deep acne scars? Are lasers really effective or not?

Hi and thank you for your question! Fractional CO2 laser is among the most effective laser treatments for acne scarring and you can see some improvements from it, although you need to remember that for best results, multiple treatments might be needed. Additionally, for individual deep scars we can use careful injection of specific dermal fillers to raise the floor of the scar make them less noticeable. Combined use of these and other treatment strategies can provide significant improvements in most patients.
