What is the best choice of treatment for these lines/depressions across my face? I am only 21
A patient asked 7 years ago I know you may say these things don't happen overnight, however, following a stomach parasite my face started to have a 'flat' look and then I noticed that these lines near my malar area started forming rapidly.. it might have been due to a rapid loss of fat in my face. It looks like my whole face has sagged and I look about thirty years old! I drink enough water, I do get allergies, but this has been going on for 6 months straight now .. is it permanent?

If you are keeping yourself well hydrated and still have the lines and dark circles under your eyes that appear in the pictures, we can effectively treat them with injection of fillers under the eyes. I see many patients who can benefit from this procedure even in their 20s, so your case is not very rare. The pictures you posted do not show many other parts of face (and regardless, pictures can never substitute a consultation with your cosmetic doctor) so it is possible that other areas in your face an also be improved by filler treatment.
