PDO threads
Hi and thank you for your question. PDO Thread Lift is a good choice for non-surgical mild lift of the jowl or nasolabial folds. However, as see in your pictures, it seems that your main problem is volume loss. When the face is sunken and deflated - a very common problem as we age - and before doing any PDO lift, I highly recommended to do filler injection to restore and reflate the volume back specifically at your mid-face area (cheeks). The filler would restore your volume loss in the cheeks and if done skillfully, will cause a very nice and natural lift in your nasolabial folds and jowl areas. The result is longer lasting and more natural with a proper choice of filler and correct technique and your face will typically look a lot more refreshed. Volume loss is one of the main aspects of facial aging and to have natural results, it is critical that we address it properly with fillers. Here is one simple way of seeing how significant the impact of volume loss is: Look at pictures taken from you face from about 10 years ago or so and compare them with your current picture and I'm sure you will notice that you had more volume at your face specially your mid-face/cheeks area. Correct the volume loss at these areas first and I'm sure you will like the outcome! Good luck!
