Not quite 40 years old. They’ve been bothering me since high school. Would anything work? Also, I have large pores.

Treatment for Acne Scars

Hi and thank you for your question! Based on the picture you seem to be a candidate for scar treatment with Fractional CO2 laser or micro-needling. CO2 laser tends to be more effective but it's often costlier and has a lengthier downtime/recovery period, so I highly recommend that you do a consultation with an experienced cosmetic physician to determine what your best option is.
