Would cheeks & chin augmentation by Voluma filler make my face less puffy and more chiseled & lifted?
A patient asked 5 years ago I'm looking for treatment that make my face thinner & less round and tightening my jowls. Would Voluma filler injected in the high cheeks give me the result am looking for? Or, would it make it more puffy? Is there any certain techniques should be used with Voluma filled to make it look masculine & less puffy with a V shap?

Hi and thank you for your question. I commonly inject Voluma in cheeks but in your case, an in-person examination is needed to determine if you will benefit from it. Based on the pictures in your case, I might focus more on the lower face, trying to better contour the jawlines and chins. Also, you can consider jaw slimming with Botox to reduce the bulk of masseter muscle which can contribute to a narrowed face.
