The bone marrow stem cells are grown under controlled conditions in labs where they release various growth factors in their medium. Those growth factors are isolated, filtered, sterilized and processed into Stem Cell Growth Factor serums to be used on the skin. These serums are rich in anti-inflammatory and anti-aging growth factors. These serums can be added to your needling treatments to supply your skin with an extra revitalizing and rejuvenating boost. We currently offer 3 lines of Stem Cells Growth Factor serums for skin rejuvenation and hair growth boost:
– Stem Cell Growth Factor Boost (Add-on to Micro-Needling or RF-Needling):
Derived from stem cells, rich in anti-inflammatory growth factors and cytokines such as TGF-beta 3, aFGF, IGF-1 and IL-10 and supplemented with hyaluronic acid, this serum can be added to your needling treatment to supply your skin with an extra revitalizing and rejuvenating boost.
– Stem Cell Growth Factor & Brightening Boost (Add-on to Micro-Needling or RF-Needling):
The serum used in this needling treatment add-on has all the stem cell-derived and synthetic growth factors and cytokines of our Growth Factor Boost serum, with an added boost of Tranexamic acid and other melanin-blocking active ingredients. As a result, in addition to giving a revitalizing and rejuvenating boost to your skin, this add-on can help with brightening the skin and targeting hyper pigmentation and discoloration of the skin at cellular level.
– Stem Cell Hair Boost (Stand-alone or add-on to PRP injection):
This revolutionary hair restoration and support treatment features a serum derived from stem cells, enriched with components of pro-hair growth Wnt-1a pathway, as well as 12 other growth factors and cytokines with proven efficacy in hair follicle stimulation (e.g. IGF-1 & 2, a & bFGF, KGF, SCF, CSF-1. Exosomes:
Exosomes are tiny microscopic spheres or bubbles that are filled with growth factors and other proteins, peptides, RNA and macromolecules that are readily absorbed by the cells and can promote healing, hydration and restoration of normal cellular structures, slow down or reverse signs of aging, and support a healthy and youthful skin. Their coating (which is similar to the cell membrane) protects their precious cargo from harmful external factors, while increasing their delivery to the target cells.
At Amoderm, we offer Pure Exosomes by Préime. Pure Exosomes are naturally derived from cells that are naturally present in umbilical cord plasma, and are among the highest quality human exosomes. It is important to remember that umbilical cord and placenta are normally discarded following the delivery of babies and these exosomes are harvested ethically from the umbilical cord after delivery and without posing any risks or harms to the mother or the newborn.
The exosomes derived from umbilical cord plasma are often known as UC-MSC-Exos or hucMSC-exos (to highlight their origin from the mesenchymal and epithelial stem cells naturally present in human umbilical cord plasma.) PDRN production involves controlled extraction, purification and sterilization of DNA fragments with Salmon Trout sperm which ensures absence of other molecules and agents that might cause allergy and unwanted reactions.
